屋主为本人，留学生出身，新加坡国立大学国家全额奖学金得主，前银行高管，思维严谨，注重细节，接近15年补习专家经验，教过的公立SEC，JC，IB等学生有拿到哈佛，UCLA，剑桥，NUS，NTU等大学offer。屋主有6年留学生监护人经验，学生将与屋主家庭同住，四房公寓，屋主一家三口加母亲，公寓面积120平米左右。小区24小时保安坚守。周一到周五提供早晚两餐，周末和公共假期提供三餐，同屋主家庭一起用餐，会根据学生饮食习惯，过敏源等制定个性化食谱。屋主是美食爱好者，世界美食之都广东顺德人（已移民），对餐饮有较高要求，喜欢做饭，绝大部分时间屋主本人亲自做饭。届时每月费用包含补习和辅导，屋主本人亲自一对一教学，可以帮你孩子在留学道路上少走很多弯路。

要求学生：性格随和，容易相处，积极向上，喜欢干净，生活习惯良好。

Owner is a former international student, National University of Singapore (NUS) full scholarship recipient, ex-banking executive, and experienced tutor with nearly 15 years of expertise. Students previously tutored have received offers from top universities including Harvard, UCLA, Cambridge, NUS, and NTU.

6 years of experience as a student guardian. You’ll live with the host’s family in a 4-bedroom condo (approx. 120 sqm) with 24-hour security. Household includes host, spouse, child, and host’s mother.

For students:

• Weekday: Breakfast & dinner

• Weekends & public holidays: 3 meals/day

• Shared meals with host family

• Personalized meal plans (dietary needs & allergies considered)

• Host is a culinary enthusiast from Shunde, Guangdong – most meals personally prepared
